How do I return an item?

Returning Online Orders

If you're not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price (less freight charges) within 14 days of purchase. Clothing must be returned in new condition (not worn or washed).

Return Options

If you no longer have your packing slip and/or receipt, you can contact us via e-mail.

Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice.

A preprinted address label included with the packing slip for your convenience. You are responsible for postage at the point of return.

Returning a gift?

Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or if you'd like a refund to be issued back to the purchaser to the original form of payment.

Want to reorder or exchange?

Choose whichever method is applicable:

If the purchase price for the new item(s) is higher than the original, send back the items you wish to return, then place a new order online

If the purchase price for the new item(s) is equal to or less than the original, send back the items you wish to return along with the product number, description, color and/or size (if applicable) of the item you wish to order. If the purchase price is lower, a refund for the difference will be processed to the original form of payment.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of the return being processed. Depending on your processing date, refunds may not post to your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.
